RALEIGH, NC (WNCN) – Native animal rescue teams are teaming as much as assist dozens of beagles rescued from a mass breeding facility in Virginia.
On Sunday, the SAFE Care Spay and Neuter Clinic offered spay surgical procedures, exams, and vaccines for beagles rescued from the ENVIGO facility in Cumberland, Virginia.
Movies and pictures offered by SAFE Care Spay and Neuter Clinic and Triangle Beagle Rescue present the canines, together with foster households, clinic employees and volunteers.
The canines are a part of the second group of beagles that Triangle Beagle Rescue rescued from the ability, which breeds canines to be used in analysis labs.
It was closed after federal investigators discovered quite a few animal welfare violations and the US Division of Justice filed a lawsuit in opposition to Envigo.
The Humane Society of the US is working with animal rescue teams throughout the nation to get all 4,000 beagles out of the ability and into new properties.
